ADDING S2S OPPORTUNITIES WITH MANDATORY UNAVAILABLE FORMS
You are now able to add a System-to-System opportunity that has mandatory unavailable forms to a proposal development document without having to add the mandatory unavailable forms in advance. After the opportunity has been added, you will receive the following warning message:
“Kuali Research is unable to transmit this proposal to Grants.gov since some of the required forms are not available. To submit via S2S, use the User Attached Forms panel to upload the missing mandatory forms prior to connecting to the opportunity.”
This message is informing you that you must attach the mandatory unavailable forms to the User Attached Forms tab in order to submit to Grants.gov. Consistent with MSU practice, mandatory UAFs must be attached prior to routing the PD document, and they may be swapped out during the routing process.
To remove the warning you can click Save or click the X in the upper right hand corner of the message.
