In the development of the SPA website, we continue to work to make the site usable to the broadest possible audience. The implementation strategy for the SPA website follows the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.

All pages contain "skip to content" links for users who use speech browsers or keyboard navigation and wish to avoid the top menu links and go straight to the main content, sidebar navigation/tools links, or the administrative site management options.
