The Office of Research and Innovation has released a memo regarding the new questions on the MSU Conflict of Interest Disclosure Related to Non-Domestic Talent Programs.
In order to complete required federal certifications and to assist faculty with their federal disclosure requirements, questions related to Malign Foreign Talent Recruitment Programs have been added to the MSU conflict of interest disclosure, and responses will be required before MSU will submit applications or proposals.
