The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP), Contract and Grant Administration (CGA), and Sponsored Programs Administration (SPA) will be observing MSU’s 2024 winter break from Tuesday, December 24, 2024 through Wednesday, January 1, 2025. OSP/CGA/SPA staff will not be working during this time and actions requiring our involvement (e.g. proposals, RPPRs, etc.) must be submitted to the appropriate office by noon on Friday, December 20, 2024.

KR UNAVAILABLE 1/14/23 – 1/15/23 FOR PLANNED MAINTENANCE

From Saturday, January 14 at 10:30 am until Sunday, January 15 at 10:30 pm, Kuali Research will be down for planned maintenance. See the IT Status page for more information.

GRANTS.GOV MAINTENANCE OUTAGE

On the weekend of January 21-22nd Grants.gov will be undergoing routine, scheduled maintenance. During this time you will not be able to search for or retrieve Grants.gov opportunities from the S2S sub-option in the Proposal Development module. If you’ve already retrieved an opportunity from the S2S sub-option you will be able to use the system as you normally would. The maintenance window is as follows:

Scheduled Maintenance Outage:

  • Production Environment will go Offline Saturday, January 21, 2023 at 12:01 AM ET.
  • Production Environment will go Online Monday, January 23, 2023 at 6:00 AM ET.

REMINDER - NIH FORMS H IS COMING SOON

NIH is transitioning from Forms G to Forms H on January 25, 2023, see NOT-OD-23-012 for additional information on the transition. You will begin to see Forms H opportunities in the Opportunity Search in KR and on Grants.gov. Please continue to use Forms G opportunities for applications due on or before January 24, 2023. We are targeting mid-week, on the week of January 16th, to implement the changes in KR in order to submit Forms H applications.
